That is definitely true also. Most dogs that get lost in the gorge don't
make it out at all. And around those areas, it could be a case of the owners
not caring for the litter, and letting the puppies run free, and one gets
away.

It's a sad state around some of those places. Dogs aren't always fenced in
and can often run around. They also aren't fixed, and un-wanted breeding
occurs.

If somebody really lost this little guy, then I'm very sorry, but given the
area, there isn't a good way to find the owner, and I'm not certain it
wouldn't happen again.
