Yes, and my point was/is that if we're going to ban everything that distracts drivers then driving will only be allowed in Homogeneous Scenery World where all the cars have only 1 seat, heads-up display, no radio, etc. Of course then people would crash from boredom. So my point is that hands-free systems are mildly distracting, but a driver should be free to use them and assume the consequences.
