I once got a warning for "driving while distracted". I talked my way out of a ticket.
I was eating a Burger King Croissandwich (extra bacon, extra cheese) while driving to my 2nd job. Reason he let me off? I explained I was working 3 jobs each day, and it was my only time to eat.
