You mean the UN inspectors that were jerked around, were out of country for over a year and basically were forced to play hide and seek with anything Saddam had? Those inspectors? And the IAEA who can't see anything nuclear in any country? If you said that there were a troop of junior woodchucks looking for WMDs in Iraq I'd be more impressed.
