Some of them might prefer to be executed, Tim, ever think of that? Personally I think the administration should decide whether they are prisoners of war or terrorists, then give them the due process of law available under the appropriate category. If that means execution after being found guilty in an actual court of law then that is fine with me. But this stuff about locking people up because we know they are bad is for the birds. Notice that when the people they know are bad actually go to trial, they usually can't prove their case?
