Actually, almost no one. There is little oil flowing and when it does it's between Iraq and American companies. So yes, there is more oil in American control but less moving. If we go with the conspiracy theory that this is all a war for the oil companies, then yes, it all fits together. Of course, the real people making money off of this is not the American oil companies but the Arab ones, some of which (more than some) are not really friendly to us.
