I actually quite like this one. The only comment I have is that at a glance, I can't tell what it is you 'do'. I know that if I read through all the text on the front page I can get the idea... But I think instead of 'welcome to our site and the small 'almost explains it' text in that second 'banner'... I'd like to see a short 'WHAT WE DO IN PLAIN AS PLAIN CAN BE TERMS' sort of jump out at you thing.
