I have. It has even occasionally worked for me. They correctly diagnosed an ocular migraine, which was scaring me because I had never had one or heard of one. I was thinking stoke but was very happy to avoid ten hours at the ER. They tend to be overcautious though. I quit calling about the pains in my ribs because I havd to formally refuse to hang up and call 911... any kind of chest pain automatically gets tagged as a possible heart attack.
