Cool. Since all your comments surround the Press's role, I'll just clarify - or, really, agree with your clarification. The Press's role is to question the government and to report on the government's doings. This is to ensure freedom and is a critical check on the power of the government. Reporting on things the government is doing that are working - that's fluff. The press can cover it or not - personally I don't care. If it's working and doesn't adversely affect me, I don't really care. That stuff is for an election: "I invaded Iraq and it worked out great! Here's how ..." The national press should question the government and cover elections. The rest of the stuff is for local news and Access Hollywood. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:200784 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
