My boss is bigger than me, a type A personality and I'm on a contract. I'm also a wuss when it comes to this stuff. He's the boss and I'm afraid of him both physically and financially. It's foolish on my part, but I back down a lot when things come up. I worry about my rep, making money for my family, etc.
