I was going to stay out of this because I can tell my opinions won't be popular, but... when did that ever stop me? <g>
Actually, if his ex gets a job she can file for *more* money because of the way the child support amount is calculated. (based on the total of both incomes) Actually, the amount Isaac mentions is rather low -- I get a fair bit more for two children not three and that does not include alimony. Mind you, it sounds like my ex makes more. Where I think he has a legitimate beef though is the expense of contesting the amount or of asking for a forebearance when times are rough. It took me *five years* to get my case back into court and demonstrate that it did not comply with the law, and I had to speak for myself as I could not afford a lawyer. anyway.... >More over, what's the ex doing for work? > > >-- >Tim Heald >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >703-300-3911 >-----Original Message----- >From: Loathe [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2006 1:48 PM >To: CF-Community >Subject: RE: frustrated... > >Yeah, girls gotta get a job, what's she do all day? > > >-- >Tim Heald >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >703-300-3911 >-----Original Message----- >From: Tony [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2006 1:42 PM >To: CF-Community >Subject: Re: frustrated... > >gf with no job and your bitching about money. >sounds like a led zepplin song to me dog.. > >tw ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:201385 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
