wow, worst job stories...

There was the guy who hired a phone bank to commit fraud... the job was 
convincing people they needed to send this guy $200 so he would listen to 
business deals they had for him... many did, actually. I tried to report this 
but got written off as a disgruntled employee.

There's always tech support at AOL, that's in the running...There was the taxi 
company that had me driving a vehicle with no brakes and an iffy starter for 
three months...in Langley Park at that. It was just the thing to keep me from 
worrying about the bullets I kept find in the backseat. 

Then there was the manager of a campus computer lab who reprimanded me for 
showing someone how to use Wordperfect 6. She wanted me to teach calculus but 
would not approve displaying a list of the equivalencies, because, according to 
her, I should have them memorized and so should the students. 

I think the all-time winner though might be the company that would give me 
software on Friday afternoon, tell me it was being released on Wednesday, and 
then get upset because I was in the building on a Saturday doing the QA...
