Incidentally, Unitarian Universalism also makes the atheist-style
behavior likely. Granted that membership in the UU church doesn't
require a belief in anything supernatural -- you can be an atheist and
also a unitarian. The difference between Unitarianism and Christianity
is that unitarians don't believe in satan or hell, and since there is
no fear of eternal damnation, therefore no reason for pretense or
repentance. Unitarians do however tend to have a significant interest
in community, conversation and science, as compared to your garden
variety atheist who's probably more likely to stay home and read a
book.
