Is there some trick that when you design a site in CSS
and have the CF Debugging turned on for your IP Address,
that the debugging information kind of overlays your site?
 
Just a curious question. Might be hard to understand w/o
being able to see it (sorry behind firewall)

You are probably overwriting the CSS that the debugging uses.  Most likely with 
some kind of global declarations on basic HTML elements such is body, div 
and/or table.

The debugging output is just HTML and as such any relevant CSS you declare is 
going to affect it.
