I won't call Outlook "crap", but I will say it is overflowing with crap that I, and most people, probably never use, or even know about.
My greatest wish for Outlook would be support for regular expressions within the Rules and Alerts area. Regex would certainly help filter out spam that our spam filter just can't seem to find.
