Well yes that is the well known saying.  But just reading the actual quote, 
mixed generously with my own opinion of the man, I can see that he did not want 
to say "shame on me" and changed mid sentence.  So that makes me wonder if the 
line was written in the speech and he adlibbed the end or was the whole line 
adlibbed.
