It's generally just a Catholic or Episcopalian.

Yes, a parsonage or vicarage is owned by a church and may be used to house
the minister/pastor/vicar of that church.  In the event that it is empty
most churches will rent them out... ours was rented to a local couple for 5
years until we got a new pastor that needed to use it.

Some churches have opted for selling their parsonage and simply paying their
pastors a living expense on top of their salary.
