I self medicate with the vitamin P, which helps. I don't drink, pretty much
quit Mountain Dew, only have like 1 coffee in the morning to wake up. Of
course it's like a triple shot venti speed drink.

Man, good luck on the Paxil withdrawal. It sucks hard core to go off an SSRI
- even when done "correctly" but cold turkey and paxil - that's the worst.

I can tell you that the electric shocks thing only lasted about a month for
me. If you can, get yourself off caffeine - it'll help. And, be sure to get
plenty of exercise - it'll help, too. It'll suck to do it, but it'll help. I
think you already quit alcohol, which is good - don't start back up in an
attempt to self-medicate - way bad idea.

Hang in there, man.
