Which is why 0 tolerance/absolute laws are a bad thing. :) I don't think zero tolerance is necessarily a bad thing, at least as I think of them. To me zero tolerance does not mean maximum punishment for every offense, but appropriate punishment for all. No more, "well their just being boys" kind of excuses.
