I have never had that problem, at least not anywhere near that extreme. 
  I have to wait sometimes 3 days or so to get the new releases, but not 
much longer.  NEVER weeks.

I think you're judging Netflix on old grudges.  Give them another try, I 
feel like in the 3 + years that I have been a customer, they've gotten 
much better as a company.  They've added a distributor that is about an 
hour's drive away, they've *dropped* their prices, and I've heard 
similar experiences from everyone I know.

I don't think one can judge a company when it was still in it's growth 
period like when you were a subscriber.  They've fixed a lot of their 
problems very efficiently.
