But Apple doesn't make money from iTunes or it's software, they make money on the hardware and accessories. They're selling bling. You can get better and cheaper but their stuff is prettier and more fashionable. Not to mention phones will be doing everything the ipod and video pods do soon. Which brings up the point: why the hell would anyone want to watch movies on their phones when everyone has big screen HDTV anyway?
