im going to guess she has been around some of them to know enough about them to dislike them as a breed... and that you have done your fair share of a sales pitch, but man, rocky, our pit, is easily the most loveable, cuddlable, lap slut that i have ever seen. we have three cats, a new puppy, and he is amicable with all three. has been around babies, kids, and whatever. its all about respect. if you respect their strength/power/ferocity etc etc and do not nuture those aspects they CAN be as nice as an italian greyhound. my pit has been attacked and tormented by more lab's than anything!
