I (mostly) quit smoking about a year ago. went for some shots on March 25.
in the past year, i'd smoke one every now and then (maybe two). but...mostly quit. I did also smoke the occassional cigar, which is no longer going to happen. Nothing like hearing (at age 37) "emphysema" to make you really feel ok about quitting all tobacco for good.
