It could be way less than that. Remember that many pay numbers can be
billed to your phone account, which add fees on top of the cell fees.
They charge a fixed fee to connect, and then charge minutes above
that. And most round up. So if you repeatedly called  a specialty
number that had a 5 minute minumium, hung up, and redialed, you could
crank up the expenses in way less time with way less phones.

Or so I've heard. =)
