if hillary runs, i will vote for her, no doubt. we could use a woman president, i am not scared of that at all. in fact it might send a good message out to the world, and it might give us some sense of reasonableness in the office of president, something we have lacked in the past... my only worries with a female as president are these:
1. bending in times of extreme pressure 2. emotional decisions rather than rational decisions 3. too much compassion but given the cabinet, and all the oversight (that is supps to be there, and i hope will be reinstated when idiot leaves office) she will hopefully be protected from her emotional self, and will make nice rational, non-emotional decisions. and again, not that shrub didnt (since i still believe that we invaded iraq 'cause "he tried to kill my daddy" rings so loud in my memory of pre-war bullshit spewn from his front facing orifice) tw On 4/12/06, William Bowen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > while i agree with you william, if i have to vote > > for a president, and one is satan, and the other is stalin.... should i vote > > or is my abstaining a vote in an of itself? > > you could always vote "Green" :-P > > ....no wait, that might be worse than either. > > y'know, given the choice of Satan or Stalin, I guess then I could > suspend the "don't vote, don't bitch" criteria, but as far as the real > world goes, if you cannot be bothered to _try_ to make a difference, I > cannot be bothered to listen to your opinion about the choice that > someone other than you took the friggin' time to make. > > And yes I realized that you have voted, I _did_ read on. > > > btw, i have voted 4 times and am 32 yrs old. clinton's first time was > > my first time and i have voted in every election possible since. > > Good, _you_ have earned the right to bitch about it.
