+1. So while places like my home would get lavished with projects,
inevitably some of them a total waste, potentially valuable and useful
projects in small states like Dana's would get axed. At least under the
current system small states can compete for projects, even if it leads to
idiot proposals like the "bridge to nowhere".

That is why I like tax cuts. Give the pols less money to screw around with.
