In general the file you get from the torrent is unrelated to the torrent
network.

You'll need another app to deal with it. Rar is a very common format for
such things. Compression is good, as is speed.

Download win rar from rarsoft and extract the file. Once you've done that
you should have a better idea of the format it is on. My bet would be divx,
which is usually encoded into an AVI file.
