Is it a message you want to send out? I would just try sending it to different addresses at big providers and see what you get.
I have SpamAssassin 3 running on my mail server, and it does a pretty good job, but some spam still gets through and I suspect the occasional real email gets caught, though I don't generally take the time to browse the archived spam to check. The only twist on SpamAssassion is that if a company activates the Bayesian filter and trains it with a bunch of previously identified spam, it might work differently than a standard install.
