Is it a message you want to send out? I would just try sending it to
different addresses at big providers and see what you get.

I have SpamAssassin 3 running on my mail server, and it does a pretty good
job, but some spam still gets through and I suspect the occasional real
email gets caught, though I don't generally take the time to browse the
archived spam to check.

The only twist on SpamAssassion is that if a company activates the Bayesian
filter and trains it with a bunch of previously identified spam, it might
work differently than a standard install.
