preferably not? well of course there is a way. there are a lot of ways. it depends on what exactly you mean. if someone is sitting at the machine where the cf documents are at, they could compare source code or use a file compare tool. if they're sitting somewhere out on the web and getting content served up by your server, then there's no way for them to know what the difference is between template except for your design and any artifacts like html comments etc.
