I have to eat breakfast... or my morning will be a write-off... but I'm usually 
rushed in the mornings and just want to be able to grab something and either 
eat it in the car on my way to work or (when I ride my motorcycle) munch it at 
my desk with my coffee.

Has anybody discovered some interesting breakfasty type foods that are 
'grabbable'?  I'm so sick of cereal bars and granola bars that I never want to 
eat another one.  I am highly allergic to most raw fruit, so unfortunately 
aside from bananas, there aren't many 'grabbable' pieces of fruit either. :(

Just looking for suggestions... what do you guys eat that's fast and healthy?
