You're right!! I'm allergic to walnuts/hazelnuts and almonds in an 'instant 
death' kind of way. I can eat peanuts/pecans and cashews though.  I LOVE that 
PB dip idea... that would be super easy... just dollop some PB into one of 
those tiny tupperware deals... YUM!

Lots of good suggestions here... I hadn't thought of making my own 'trail mix' 
with things like raisins and peanuts... I sort of discounted trail mixes in 
general because of the risks with the premade ones...
