I guess that would be me :)

I'm not your typical gun owner. I didn't own a gun or have want to own a
gun until I was 35 years old. I moved out from the suburbs to the country
and away from police, although there is a sheriff around. Between criiters
and the want for instantaneous security, that drove my gun purchase.....and
it is just 1 gun....a shotgun, no sniper rifles, no exploding tip bullets,
no armor piercing rounds, just a plain ole shotgun.

but, no, I've never seen 'Bowling for Columbine', but I don't think guns are
the reason for the violence in our society. Didn't the columbine situation
include several bombs too?.

What do you expect from a country that'll let a movie where someone is
murdered get a PG rating, while a movie that shows a nude woman will almost
always have an R. Show a man get his head cut off, R, show a man with his
other head out, X
