Screw the t-bills... You can do better with Muni bonds. You'll average ~4.5% but that's completely tax free (federal and state). Or if you are really gutsy, I'm averaging ~35% across my mutual funds and stocks... No bonds.

So I figure all I need is 4 million. 4 million is 2.25 or so after taxes. The .25 would pay off mortgage, bills, etc. The 2 million could be put in tbills at close to 5% which is around 100k a year before taxes, which is dang good for interest. I could get a less stressful job at a smaller wage and live just fine. So Erika, make that 4 million please. :) (Or I could just start charging for all the CF questions I answer in email. ;) On 4/24/06, G <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Uh Ray.....a billion dollars....isn't really that much money anymore. > > Digicom did 9 1/2 billion dollars in business last year alone....... > > > Canvas. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:205282 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
