I remembering hearing about this a few years ago and they had some doctors on 
mentioning that it wasn't very good to do this because the phosphorus to make 
the ink sensitve to blacklight was poisonous. I don't know if this has changed 
or if they have a new method. Either way, if I get a tatoo I would rather it be 
visible at all times, maybe make it blacklight sensitive in addition to the 
visible. Eventually you're gonna want to stop doing E and stop raving, then all 
you got was some lame tatoo no one can see until you go in a haunted house.
