And that's just it. Capitalism aims to minimize the damage any
individual can do while turning their "ME" impulse to wealth.

Tell me the great inventions to come from any communist country? Tell
me where the world's great universities are?

In short, capitalism allows each person to choose their lifestyle and
democracy protects their freedoms. No other economic/political system
does that.

Communism will always fail because it counts on the charity of others.
Capitalism counts on the greed of others. Which is the more powerful
and prevalent force? And, which is worse off when the core assumption
fails?

That is, in communism, if charity fails, communism fails. In
capitalism if greed fails, you just get charity. It's a no f'n
brainer.
