That is not what I am suggesting.

I am saying that once school is over, the building should be open to the 
public, people from the community should be able to use the school, so long 
as what they are doing is legal.

I don't want religion being taught in a class that is not about religion. 
Doing so would not be a part of the curriculum.

Preventing a group from using the school because of their religion is a 
violation of the First Amendment, the government entity has kept a group 
from practicing their religion.
