We use:

//Run this script from the "%systemroot%\System32\" directory.
//Change the destination "/ts" value as needed.

cscript.exe iiscnfg.vbs /copy /ts <server> /tu <username> /tp <password>


It's been a while since I ran this, but I believe you run this "from"
the source server and "push" it to the destination server denoted after
the "/ts" switch.
