The fat-ass woman at the dog park who talks on it for the 30 minutes she is there talking loudly enough that everyone can hear her, and she's saying *nothing*. She's a cell phone geek.
Then there's people like me (and I assume Tone-Loc over there) that carry it with them like their wallet, but understand that there is a time and place for it. We turn the ringer off in theaters, meetings, and restaurants. We let voicemail pick up when it wouldn't be appropriate to answer. I'm talking to YOU, grocery store cell phone guy. I don't own a home phone. I know a lot of people who don't. We carry our "home phones" around with us. It doesn't mean it has to answered or used. There is a difference, a gray area, you know. I do, however, wish that more people thought like me. Every day.
