You'll have to use the LCD on this one, since there is no view finder at all.

I just upgraded from an SD100, so some of this might just be 2 years
of upgrades.

I thought the only difference was the bigger LCD (according to the guy
at Best Buy), but I am seeing much finer video, better sound, better
picture quality on stills, slightly quicker snap on regular photos (I
think the flash is a bit slower, but seems brighter).

The slideshow feature is great (we used it constantly Sat and Sunday),
the video output I thought I'd never use (but did first day).

The camera itself is a little bigger than my old one (a quarter inch
taller, a half inch longer, I am guessing.), a little heavier, but
overall I am very happy.
