Yeah, you really got the gadgets for the money there.  And I didn't
buy the A4 for the power so that'd be a wash for me.  All things
considered, I would rather have the TL, but the lease deal wasn't
there :(

The A4 has voice commands, but only for Bluetooth.  So you can store
and select names from your address book and dial them.  The one
problem I've found is that the "Dial" command must sound very similar
to the "Cancel" command in my voice.  That is occasionally
frustrating!

But I've got no GPS (touchscreen or no), no iPod integration (that I
know of) and, IMO, the interior doesn't look as cool from a gadget
perspective.  You got the better car I think.

And, about the power, don't forget that Audis are notoriously heavy. 
I'd bet the speed (0-60, 40-60, etc) is pretty comparable.
