Yeah, money's got a point, it does sound odd. Another factoid was that Indian "middle class" wages are about 25% of US "middle class" wages. If the median income for US families is about $70,000 per family of 4 (guess) then the Indian wage would be approximately $18k. So I'd guess the breakdown is something like this: 1.) 2% making > US$100k/yr 2.) 10% making > US$50k/yr 3.) 10% making > US$20k/yr 4.) The 25% making $18k 5.) 23% making between $360/yr and $18k/yr. 6.) 25% making "less than $1 per day" or $360/yr Just a guess ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:206502 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
