it was a requirement of our search. once we found out that our new next door neighbor had just gotten the install (i saw the orange cable running from the road to the house for myself - yes, another requirement) we ok'd the contract :) i had to subsist on satellite when i was building the current house (while we were building we lived on Deal Island in Maryland) and i eventually yanked the satellite off the roof, and went back to dial up!
