This is my last post on the subject, unless somebody comments ;-)

No group should be kept from using public facilities for any reason other
than the following:

1, Everything is legal.
2, The group does not interfere with the intended purpose of the facility.
3, the facility can accommodate the group
4, the group leaves the facility in exactly the same condition as it was found.

Denying a group the right to hold a meeting in a public facility is a
violation of their first amendment right to the peaceably assemble.

A group holding a meeting in a school does not infringe on your rights. Not
allowing them to hold that meeting does infringe on theirs.

I am not only talking about schools, this has to do with any publicly owned
building or park. It is not the separation between church and school, it
the separation between church and state. My argument is the same for a
school or a park shelter. Many people hold religious gatherings in the
park, they reserve shelters. There is not problem with this, why should a
school be any different after school hours.

Nobody is forcing you or your child to attend, it doesn't violate your
rights. It doesn't violate the separation of church and state.

The separation between church and state does not even mandate that the
state not support a religious group, it just tells us that the government
cannot support one religion and deny another. The government cannot mandate
only a people of a certain religion can vote or hold office.

That is all.
