It's an existing app with 7 CF servers. I'm assuming that they are using a shared client data store, but I'm not sure yet.
I noticed some session variables in the application, but they are using far more client variables. I wasn't sure if one of the problems this application was having was due to the user losing their sessions when they were moved to a different box between requests. > -----Original Message----- > From: Chesty Puller [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Thursday, May 18, 2006 11:49 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: Re: Big IP > > A load balancer is halfway worthless if it can't do sticky sessions. > Of course, you probably want to configure an out-of-process session server > (like a SQL server) if you're load balancing. > > - Matt > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "John Galt" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "CF-Community" <[email protected]> > Sent: Thursday, May 18, 2006 11:36 AM > Subject: RE: Big IP > > > > So it can do them, that's all I needed to know.
