Where in Australia? That's like saying I can go to the United States. I've been to Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Highly recommend any of them although I would combine Brisbane and the Gold Coast several days in each.
Cabo is cheap and you can probably pull that off anytime, so I would vote no to Cabo. I've never been to Fiji but it is on my top 10 or so list of places to go.
