For a long time I've had the standard practice of using 2 local DNS servers and a third remote one in my DNS configuration. It's funny to see everyone else in the office say all at once "hey did you just lose the internet?" because some localDNS servers went down, and I'm just chugging along since my desktop detected it and failed-over to the third.
