Reason is I have a client that I did some network stuff for and He is discontinuing one of his phone lines since he is running FiOS and now no longer needs the extra line. However he still Wants to use his fax machine. Instead of me going over to his House for a 5 minute deal, I was going to have him plug in a phone, Dial the # 112 or whatever to see the phone number for that line and Then determine if he wants to plug the fax line into it or not.
He has 3 lines (currently) but will be down to 2 lines.
