You kind of have a lot of presumptions about me which, while maybe deserved from our intercourse (<- he he, intercourse), I disagree with. In many ways I think you're pigeon holing me with people you know and then taking out your anger against them on me. Not that I mind, but I'm just pointing out. And, as long as you brought it up, people did nothing but help me for the first 25 years of my life (and still are, just not financially) and now I try to pay back where I can. You'd be surprised. Where I bet you and I differ is the macro type help, not the micro. >From a public policy perspective I think the best way to help people is to teach and equip them to help themselves. I know that's what worked for me. That's why I always hype government education and career training. That's where I think the dollars are best spent: preventing the problem. You seem to favor a treat-the-symptoms approach. But I won't presume to speak for you, so you tell me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:208212 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
