I have a family member who is the senior editor for a major online
news site, and she emails me anything important. I have BBC News RSS
feed on the toolbar of my browser and I scan the headlines
occasionally during the day. If I read a post on any of the mailings
lists like CF-Community that interests me, I'll search Google News for
stories about it.

I have never watched Fox News for even 1 minute, and I only watch
local SF news stations if something interesting in happening in town.
I can barely tolerate CNN TV but will watch if something major is
breaking, unless Wolf is on.

I never listen to radio news, and rarely read a newspaper anymore, as
I'm allergy to the ink they use to print them. Occasionally, I'll
look at the headlines on the AJC.com web site to see what is happening
in Atlanta.

I find that I am remarkably well informed just by reading mailing
lists. And that way, I never have to look at George Bush's face.
