I'm looking for someone in the Las Vegas area that has some understanding of Real Estate and Land deals to work with my cousin. He needs a simple website built for now and then something that will help him handle listings later on. He has approached me asking for help and I am too loaded with other things to take on a new project. He wants someone that is within "meeting" distance of Las Vegas, NV who is willing to give him design ideas as well as work with a multi-phase project that starts as brocureware and builds from there.
